Who we are
Achilles Tsirgis
I am Achilles, a data-driven policymaker pursuing an MPA in International Finance and Economic Policy at Columbia University & LSE. I specialize on sovereign risk, focusing on econometric modelling, political-financing risk, and macroeconomic stability.
Currently, I am a Visiting Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Freedom & Prosperity Center. In the past, I've developed models and indexes for performance measurement and evaluation, and for political risk on behalf of a private multinational enterprise.
As an analyst, I have conducted research in the finance of trade policy shocks, PPP convergence and long-run exchange rate forecasting, and the EU's conditionality and economic statecraft in its foreign policy.
I am an ardent advocate for European integration and current elected EB Member of JEF Europe.

Alexandros Marios Constantes
I am Alexandros, a politically seasoned analyst currently pursuing a Master’s in European Public Policy Analysis at the College of Europe, Bruges, under the European Commission’s European Neighbourhood Policy Scholarship. Having worked in Greek politics and interned in the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Athens, I believe public policy must go beyond theory: embracing political cost, strategic timing, procedural cohesion, and stakeholder complexity.
My passion lies in renewable energy especially hydrogen, decarbonized transport, infrastructure policy, and the EU’s engagement with its wider geopolitical surroundings—the Neighbours of the EU’s Neighbours. Previously, I contributed to academic research on EU–U.S.–Turkey relations as a researcher at the Turkish and Eurasian Studies Laboratory of the University of Piraeus.
Fluent in Greek, English, and French, and currently learning Spanish, I bring a hands-on mindset to public policy merging data as observations that connect logic and benchmarks to the complicated reality of governance.

Panagiotis Kollaros
I am Panagiotis Kollaros, a graduate with honors in International and European Studies from the University of Piraeus. I have completed additional studies at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in collaboration with NATO. My academic interests center on the study of power and its inscription within the social body, with particular attention to the evolving interplay between technologies of power and the modalities through which power is exercised. My current research investigates the implications of artificial intelligence as a contemporary technology of power, focusing on its role in reshaping modalities of surveillance, discipline, and governance. In parallel with my academic work, I have taken part in EU-funded initiatives focused on community development and completed military service as an NCO in the Hellenic Army, where I was entrusted with communication duties and the training of new recruits. These experiences have shaped my interest in the institutional and operational dimensions of authority. I am fluent in Greek, English, and German, with additional language skills in Chinese and Finnish. I approach my work from an interdisciplinary perspective grounded in political theory, critical security studies, and emerging technologies.

Giannis Sakellarios
I am Giannis, a recent honours graduate in International and European Studies (BSc) at the University of Piraeus. Currently, I’m also pursuing a Minor Degree in Economics at the American College of Greece.
In the past, I have worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Hellenic Republic (General Directorate of Public Investments) and at a major bank’s Markets Risk Unit. My academic and professional interests lie in the interface between global economics, finance and geopolitical risk and how these shape businesses’ strategic and financial decisions.
I am fluent in Greek, Italian and English -and really passionate about playing the piano.
